MJF was tasked with upgrading the flooring at one of the UK's largest subsea, oil, and gas companies at their primary facility in Dunfermline.
Cragside
The scope of MJF’s resin-bound installation at Cragside includes designing, preparing, and installing 480m2 durable pathways and steps that complement the estate's historic Grade I listed setting. The project involves assessing and removing existing surfaces, preparing stable base layers, and applying high-quality resin-bound aggregates that blend with the natural surroundings, enhancing safety and accessibility with an addagrip terrabase system in Hazelnut.
The Social Hub
In a collaborative effort with Vebro Polymers, MJF was handpicked by The Social Hub in Glasgow to oversee the meticulous preparation and seamless installation of 800m2 of Vebroflex Comfort UV.
South Western Rail
Refurbishment works spanned four South Western Railway (SWR) sites, servicing over 200 stations and catering to 235 million annual passenger journeys. The total floor area renovated measured 25,000 m2.
Weeton Barracks
MJF was tasked with preparing approximately 480 square meters of existing tiled flooring in the main kitchen and servery areas. Our goal was to install Altrocrete 8mm PU flooring to enhance durability and safety standards.
Global Munitions Manufacturer
MJF was tasked with the transformation of a concrete floor with no purpose into a practical, systemised and safe floor space to support the daily coordination of a global manufacturer's operations at its site in Cheshire.
Leading Kosher Butchers and Delicatessen
As part of a warehouse conversion, MJF Specialist Flooring installed new resin flooring, transforming the space into a high standard food processing facility for a national Kosher butchers and delicatessen who offer an assortment of affordable and quality products.
Brotherton Library
Brotherton Library is one of the most prestigious buildings within the University of Leeds. Due to the nature of the building, the original floors had never been sanded and sealed.
Twickenham stadium
This flagship project illustrates the versatility of resin flooring and how it can be both aesthetically pleasing in a commercial application, and functional as a durable solution for a whole host of environments, not just factories and warehouses.
Emerald Headingley Stadium
FerFA Awards 2019 Winner: Large Commercial Project of the Year- Emerald Headingley Stadium! Emerald Headingly Stadium, the official home of Leeds Rhinos, Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Yorkshire Carnegie, contracted MJF Specialist Flooring to provide specialist flooring solutions for the stadium’s North and South stands and pavilion kitchens.
